| THE KALEIDOSCOPE MIND NEWSLETTER THE NEXT CHAPTER BEGINS |
The patterns you saw in Kaleidoscope Mind don’t stay on paper. They show up in real teams. In decisions that keep reopening, in roles nobody has named, and in work that should move, but doesn’t. This is the work I’ve been in for years. The book gave it language, now it moves into the room. Through keynotes, panels, and workshops, Kaleidoscope Mind becomes something you don’t just recognize—but experience. Applied to real situations, with real consequences, where clarity actually needs to hold. The book was the naming. This is the application.Read moreIf Kaleidoscope Mind resonated with you, because you see connections others miss, because you’ve been navigating complexity without a map, or because you’re leading people who don’t fit into one lane, this edition is for you. In this issue, I’ll show you what comes next: where you can experience this work live, how it translates into talks and workshops, and what changes when teams stop treating complexity as a problem—and start designing for it. If you’re a multi-passionate generalist, a thoughtful leader, or someone shaping the future of work, you’re in the right place. |

| TALKS and more Short Recap |
| Looking back on my talk with HIGH-TECH.NRW, one message stands out clearly: in early-stage startups, culture is shaped long before it is written down. Beyond formal titles, invisible roles often determine how teams function, especially those who connect ideas, translate between perspectives, and create momentum in uncertainty. Recognizing these roles early is essential, because the people carrying them are often the ones your team depends on most. I have also joined the Nucleate Accelerator as a panelist, sharing hands-on experience from scaling a team at Lilium from 4 to over 400 people—while actively shaping culture along the way. The conversation focused on what it really takes to build culture intentionally from day one, create ownership and strong collaboration, and why early clarity makes later growth and transformation significantly easier. ![]() Book me for your event |
