I don’t just talk about range—I’ve lived it at the highest stakes. With a background in Cognitive Psychology, Communication Science, and Educational Science, I understand the mechanics of how we think.
As an early employee at the flight-taxi startup Lilium, I helped scale the team from 8 to over 400 people, leading Team Development, Culture, and Engagement. I witnessed firsthand that in hyper-growth environments, you don’t just need experts; you need people who can bridge gaps and see the big picture.ç
The Shift
In an AI-rich world, output is cheap, but judgment, sensemaking, and orchestration are rare. Today’s complex challenges don’t need more specialists working in silos; they need versatile minds who can navigate uncertainty, reframe problems, and move entire systems. Through my work and my book, “Kaleidoscope Mind,” I provide the operating system for this new reality.
