Taking place at the CAP in Baesweiler\u2014set in a distinctive, vibrant caf\u00e9 space\u2014the format invites conversation, reflection, and exchange.\u00a0Rather than a classic reading, it\u2019s designed as an open dialogue around the ideas in the book and how they show up in real life and work.<\/strong>

Looking back on my talk with\u00a0HIGH-TECH.NRW<\/strong>, one message stands out clearly: in early-stage startups, culture is shaped long before it is written down. Beyond formal titles, invisible roles often determine how teams function,\u00a0especially those who connect ideas, translate between perspectives, and create momentum in uncertainty.<\/strong>\u00a0Recognizing these roles early is essential, because the people carrying them are often the ones your team depends on most.
I have also joined the\u00a0Nucleate Accelerator<\/strong>\u00a0as a panelist, sharing hands-on experience from scaling a team at Lilium from 4 to over 400 people\u2014while actively shaping culture along the way. The conversation focused on what it really takes to\u00a0build culture<\/strong>\u00a0intentionally from day one,\u00a0create ownership<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0strong collaboration<\/strong>, and why early clarity makes later growth and transformation significantly easier.
