Beyond formal titles, invisible roles often determine how teams function,\u00a0<strong>especially those who connect ideas, translate between perspectives, and create momentum in uncertainty.<\/strong>\u00a0Recognizing these roles early is essential, because the people carrying them are often the ones your team depends on most.<br>I have also joined the\u00a0<strong>Nucleate Accelerator<\/strong>\u00a0as a panelist, sharing hands-on experience from scaling a team at Lilium from 4 to over 400 people\u2014while actively shaping culture along the way.
